Don't believe the forecasts, specifically on Yahoo Weather. I am in Bangkok and on Yahoo Weather they display partly cloudy with thundershowers, there is not a cloud in the sky! We've had the identical forecast nearly daily on Yahoo Weather for the last couple of weeks and it hasn't rained once and has been clear, hot and sunny nearly daily.
